We have solutions for all shed situations. We can deliver already built sheds as well as on-site built sheds for yards with No Access.
Solid Block Foundations
Gravel Pads
Cement Pads
We have different choices for your shed. Our basic application is cement blocks. However we can also provide gravel and concrete pads for an added cost.
Floor System
We use 2×6 Pressure Treated floor joist in all of our sheds. Some shed companies use 2×4’s. We also build the floor using the construction standard of 16″ on center instead of the more common practice in the shed industry of 24″ on center. Our floor is super strong and will stand the test of time with 3/4″ plywood.
Wall Construction
We frame all our walls with top choice 2x4 wall studs spaced 16"
On Center with top and botom plates.
Siding
We use LP Smartside, vinyl siding, board and batten and other custom options for our shed walls.
Roof
We use 40 year metal and 30 year architectural shingles in 5 colors to choose from. We also use aluminum drip edge. Gable Vents are also included.
Trim
We use 2 types of trim. LP Trim made of the same material as the siding. We also have an upgrade option to PVC trim which is maintenance free. This PVC trim is an upgrade option.
Hardware
Our barn style doors come with a keyed lock t style handle for security. Our hinges are heavy duty and have 3 per door. Our double doors come with latches to keep the stationary door closed. We also provide an aluminum threshold to protect the plywood from wear at the door.
