50 year rated exterior panels, 30 year algae-resistant high definition laminated architectural roofing shingles, 30 year ground contact pressure treated 2x6 floor joists, 3/4" subfloor, 25 year maintenance-free PVC trim, hand-selected premium grade 2x4 wall studs, etc.

Pricing below is for 8 foot side walls (93.5") with a 6 foot (72") wide double door, or 3 foot (36") single door in tan with white trim with tan siding and white trim.

24"x36"" Windows - $125 each

Windows are available in white or black metal. The bottom portion slides up and down and they have screens. We can also install vinyl windows and other custom options at an additional cost.


Shutters- $60 per pair

24" Deep Workbench - $18 per linear foot

Our work bench runs the full width of the shed and is 24" deep. Perfect for a potting bench or tool bench. It also can be used as a nice storage shelf for boxes.

Heavy Duty Ramp - $180

If you have a ride on mower or snow blower then you will want this ramp. We build them to withstand heavy loads.

48" Deep Loft - $22 per linear foot

Our storage loft runs the full width of the shed and is 32" deep. It is a great way to save floor space. Use it for bulky items like patio cushions or umbrellas

Extra Single Door - $250
Extra Double Doors - $350

Sometimes having that extra access to the shed comes in handy.

Custom Painting - $1.50 per sq ft -
($250 minimum)

We offer custom painting of your sheds. If you would like different color than the standard tan. We use Valspar Storm Coat.

Transom Window Doors

Add some character to your shed doors by with inset transom windows. Although very attractive, they also add needed light into the shed.

Old Shed Demo and Dump Service - $8 per sq ft

 

We offer shed demo and removal service in our local area. (within 15 mile radius of our location) We charge $8.00 per square ft. Example: 10x10 Old Shed = 100sq ft so the price would be $800 to demo and dump.
